We are committed to providing EYECEDAR customers with a pleasant shopping experience and high-quality products and services. Within thirty working days of receiving your glasses, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact EYECEDAR to request a return.
Standard eyewear products (non-customised) may be returned for a full refund provided the original packaging remains unaltered and the product has not been used. Due to the nature of eyewear products, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. If the buyer still wishes to request a refund or exchange, the refund amount will be 50% of the original order total. This amount may be used to exchange for an item of equal value or to cover the price difference for a higher-priced item.
EYECEDAR will cover the shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues. For returns not related to product quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once EYECEDAR receives the returned product, we will process the refund within two business days.
After thirty business days from the date of product receipt, we will close the return and exchange request channel for that order.
Note: Used products that affect resale are not eligible for return. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
All frames come with a 2-year warranty. During the warranty period, we will replace frames damaged due to quality issues free of charge. The warranty period for defects in anti-reflective (AR) coatings and photochromic films on lenses is one year from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of frames, lenses, or coatings. Our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
1. Póngase en contacto con nuestro Departamento de Atención al Cliente para aprobar la devolución.
2. Todas las devoluciones deben ser devueltas en su estado original, sin usar, en el estuche original, incluyendo una funda de gafas y un paño de limpieza de lentes.
3. Empaque sus gafas de forma segura y asegúrese de incluir su nombre, información de contacto, número de pedido y la razón por la que devuelve las gafas
4. Le recomendamos que envíe su devolución por un método rastreable.
5. Una vez recibida su devolución, procesaremos el reembolso en 2 días laborables. Su reembolso será acreditado de nuevo a su método original de pago.
